    Bancaribe International Bank offers non-interest bearing checking accounts in dollars and/or euros to individuals and companies. We invite you to learn more about the different types of accounts, opening amounts and conditions on the website www.bibbank.com, in the “Products” section.

    To remove a signatory from your account, please send a properly identified and signed letter to atencionalcliente@bibbank.com requesting the removal, including the first name, last name, and ID of the person(s) to be removed. This request will be subject to review and approval by the bank.

    Our credit cards are designed to meet your specific needs. You can choose between Personal or Business Cards, both in “secured” mode, backed by a collateral account, or in “unsecured” mode, subject to evaluation.

    To apply for one of our credit cards, it is necessary to have an account with Bancaribe International Bank.

    If you are already a client and wish to apply for a “Personal Secured Card”, all you have to do is access your BIB Online, go to the “Products and Services” section and select the “Credit Card Application” option.

    On the other hand, if you would like to apply for a “Personal Card – Unsecured” and/or a “Business Card – Secured/Unsecured”, you will need to download and complete the appropriate “Credit Card Application” form from the “Customer Service Forms” section.

    To transfer funds between Bancaribe International Bank customer accounts or to make transfers to beneficiaries of other banks, we offer you our Internet Banking, BIB Online, or you can request the Transfer Request Form from the Customer Service Center, at atencionalcliente@bibbank.com. Once completed, you must send it to the same e-mail address. Send the wire transfer support to recaudo.transferencias@bibbank.com.     Download and complete the instructions form for receiving funds through transfers in dollars or euros, available on our website, in the FAQ section.

    You can also request them to the Customer Service Center at atencionalcliente@bibbank.com or to your Business Executive.

    Once completed, send it to the originator of the transfer for processing.

    Updating your information allows Bancaribe International Bank to better understand your financial needs and requirements.

    Download and complete the Individual or Business Update Kit, available on our website in the Customer Service Forms section.
    Once completed, send it to actualizaciones@bibbank.com.

    According to the Law of Abandoned or Unclaimed Money and Other Liquid Assets and the Law known as the Banking Law, amounts of money and other liquid assets whose owner has not claimed them within the last five years or whose owner could not be located are considered abandoned and unclaimed.

    Bancaribe International Bank is required by law to transfer unclaimed funds to the Office of Financial Institutions (OCIF) by November 30th of the current year. If you need to verify if you have funds that are considered abandoned or unclaimed at Bancaribe International Bank, please contact a Business Executive, the BIB Contact Center (787) 523 6359 or write to atencionalcliente@bibbank.com.
